Job Summary

As a Production Engineer at Rapidex Forming, you will oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes of our steel framing systems. You’ll ensure efficiency, quality control, and process optimization across all production lines. This role requires strong technical acumen, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate with design and quality teams to deliver world-class framing products.

Job Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal or steel fabrication.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools and production planning software.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Job Summary

The Design & Drafting Engineer will be responsible for creating precise structural drawings and 3D models for Rapidex Forming products, including studs, tracks, and framing assemblies. The role involves coordinating with project engineers and production teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with engineering standards.

Job Skills Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in CAD design, preferably in structural or framing systems.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
  • Knowledge of AISI/ASTM standards and steel profiles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
