Step 1: Material Sourcing

We begin with high-quality, certified galvanized steel coils sourced exclusively from reputed U.S. mills. Each incoming coil undergoes a stringent inspection to verify base metal composition, coating thickness (G40–G90), and dimensional tolerance.
Only materials meeting our internal strength, thickness, and corrosion resistance standards are approved for production. This rigorous sourcing ensures the structural integrity and longevity of every Rapidex steel stud and track.

Step 2: Engineering & Setup

Before production begins, every project is translated into precise digital engineering data. Our design and production teams program roll-forming equipment based on exact gauge, length, and structural performance requirements.
Advanced CAD-driven programming ensures the roll-forming parameters are optimized for profile geometry, hole pattern accuracy, and cut length. This meticulous setup guarantees that each order meets the engineering intent and complies with ASTM and AISI cold-formed steel framing standards.

Step 3: Precision Roll-Forming

The prepared coils are processed through our high-speed, computer-controlled roll-forming lines. These lines shape the steel into consistent stud and track profiles through a series of precision rollers.
Our machines operate with real-time calibration and automatic cut-to-length control, producing up to 500 linear feet per minute with millimeter-level accuracy.
Each line is calibrated daily and monitored continuously to ensure profile straightness, wall thickness, and shape uniformity — delivering consistent quality that exceeds ASTM specifications for structural and non-structural framing applications.

Step 4: Quality Assurance

Quality is integral to our manufacturing process. Every finished product passes through multiple in-process and post-process inspections to verify straightness, surface coating, gauge consistency, and hole alignment.
We use digital measurement tools and profile scanners to validate that each stud and track conforms to tolerance requirements.
Additionally, every bundle is labeled with detailed traceability information, allowing end-to-end tracking from raw material to final delivery. Our robust internal QA protocol ensures defect-free, installation-ready products with zero rework required at the job site.

Step 5: Packaging & Logistics

Once approved, finished profiles are bundled, strapped, and packaged using protective materials to prevent edge or surface damage during handling and transit.
Our logistics team coordinates deliveries through a combination of in-house fleet and strategic transport partners, ensuring on-time dispatch across the tri-state area and beyond.
Every shipment is optimized for load balance, weather protection, and delivery sequence, allowing contractors to receive framing components in site-ready condition — minimizing downtime and material handling effort.
